Terms & Conditions
- Laundry and dry cleaning are required any responsibility towards shrinkage, fastness of color or other damages resulting from cleaning process, also no liability towards unclaimed items after one month of from the date of invoice.
- Customer to confirm counting of items for every collection and delivery to avoid any misapprehension.
- Maham laundry will not be responsible for any item, any valuables left within the garment.
- Normal delivery time will be 48 to 36 hours delayed in delivery might happened because of emergencies.
- Claim for any damage if misplaced item should be reported within 24 hours of delivery with bill reference.
- Price on special services for delicate items such as, embroider cloths, silk, leather and delicate items which are noted in our price list will be decided before processing with a clear approval form the customer on price otherwise it will be charged within bill.
- Normal stains will be removed by laundry, stubborn stains should be mentioned and located by customer while giving clothes.
- In case of loss or damage maham laundry will be liable for one more than five times of the cost of cleaning of the items.
- Please keep bill when for same day delivery.
- 100 percent extra charge for same day delivery.
